Special advantages:
The offerer sees himself as first test authority for IT-Services in Germany. This is expressed in a cooperation with the TÜV which on request certifies the G-NE installations (hard and software) at customers' sites, so that e.g. availability measurements of data processing centre services in the contractual relation between the DPC and the customer can be measured and certified by an independent third party.
This is a quality assuring measure for IT services. Therefore, quality depending prices by means of bonus/malus systems with fulfillment/non-fulfillment of an agreed quality of service can be achieved. This means a genuine price and marketing instrument for the performance of an service provider.

Planning costs / Sales:
For the German market no planning costs occur. The company is active there since 2001, an own software product (patent pending) exists, also approx. 10 pilot customers; this means no planning costs for this part. Of course, localizing expenses, costs for market surveys and sales department organisation in foreign countries should be investigated if an potential licencee is interested.

For marketing, sales, business development (new lines of business, +leads) and product further developments (the smaller proportion) it must be invested according to plan (company records):
