Details for Waste Rubber Recycling

Recycled products made from waste rubber like floorings exist already in the market and are often imported from Malaysia.

The special know-how and the advantages consist in the processing and colouring of the flooring tiles, the draining capacity, the surface finish and the low thickness of the material which is produced in mats, plates and other shapes. The full finishing increases the value of the product by 50 %, it is suitable for the complete range and was already used at many exhibition booths.
The paving is best suitable as safety decking for outside areas of buildings, also for later placing. There are nearly unlimited possibilities of use (swimming baths, entrances, safety decking on ships, later placing for traffic calming of roads, etc.).

To manufacture these products an investment of 1,5 mio EUR for the plant is necesary.
The manufacture of this high-valuable product supplies finished good for approx. 1,00 EUR per kg. Labour content in Europe is approx. 30 %.
Expected sales depend on opening of a market but are clearly about millions of Euros per year.
