Products for the curing interlining sector

The curing interlining sector is a high-specialised area and an important step in the
working process of outerwear textiles.

The curing interlinings are either textile mats, textile fabrics or textile knitted fabrics.
They are used to fix the outerwear during making-up and to ensure stability.
After production coatings, based on paste points or doublepoints, are applied on the curing interlinings. Afterwords, during making-up these coatings are bonded with the top fabric by hot pressing.

Paste point:
based on melting powders which are mixed with special pastes and their additives.
Via templets these pastes are printed on the textile fabrics and then dried.

Doublepoint coating:
Also here after production of the textile material an underpoint is printed on which already
includes an adhesive to get adhesion with the curing material.

In wet condition, on this printed point powder is applied to keep as much as possible melting powder on the surface to ensure an optimal adhesion during pressing with top fabric.

Mostly, these applications are carried out by textile plants which also produce materials like mats, fabrics and knitted fabrics as curing interlinings.
Necessary for these applications are special coating units with following drying to be in a position to carry out these coatings.
