This robot system is a high-efficient, user-friendly and universal technology for the redevelopment of channels. It is suitable for milling, grinding, priming, chiselling etc.

Peculiarities of the redevelopment system:

• low weight: 12 – 14 kgs, length 620 mm, all components Aluminium
• automotive, manual or automatic steering
• no wheels, six supports, locomotion in channel like a worm.
• vertical or horizontal operation
• strong traction and thrust (upto 200 kgs)
• rotatable carrier for various tools
• universal and simple tool clamps, can be tailor-made to customers’ requirements.
• attachments chisel, grind, putty knife, cutter, gripper etc.
• suitable for nominal bores 125 – 200 mm and 250 – 500 mm, also for egg profiles
• automatic self-centering
• very accurate positioning, e.g.possible for milling of longitudinal cracks
• speed with automotive approx. 5 m/min.
• compressed air consumption 1200 l/min, power supply 110/230 V, 50 Hz
• service-friendly, now maintenance costs
