Intelligent process technology for biodiesel from small plants

Previously, it was only possible to transesterify vegetable oil and natural fats to biodiesel cost-effectively on a large industrial scale.

Through the intelligent design as used in this biodiesel plant it is possible to economise on cost-intensive components without accepting a reduction in the quality of the produced fuel.
Consequently, above an annual output of 300 t of biodiesel, the plant is able to compete with plants whose capacity is many times greater. Four sizes of plant are available - with batch volumes of 500, 1.000, 2.000 and 4.000 litres - for annual productions of approx. 450, 900, 1.800 and 3.600 t of biodiesel.
The circulating process of the biodiesel plants include seven steps from initial filling to tank-ready biodiesel. The whole process takes place in just one vessel.
